Our Motionlab assessments are suitable for runners, triathletes, walkers, power walkers, and athletes at both elite and recreational levels. During a comprehensive session, we perform several measurements, review the results, and provide tailored advice to help you improve.

In our Motionlab, we can precisely analyze your running technique. We examine factors such as stride length, contact time, push-off force, and forward lean during running. For example, shorter strides allow you to land closer to your body’s center of gravity, reducing the distance needed to shift your body over the pivot point. This means you’ll experience less braking and can run more efficiently compared to longer strides, which require a greater distance for your body to move.
