• Products can be returned within 8 days for a full refund.

• Products can also be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

  • The product must not have been worn.
  • The product must be complete and undamaged

Damage Claims and Complaint Form for Shoes
It’s essential to rotate your shoes regularly—not only for the health of your feet but also for the longevity of your shoes. Sports shoes need time to regain their original shape after a workout. Rotating your shoes also slows down wear on the soles, helping you enjoy them longer.

If you’re not completely satisfied, we’d love to hear from you. Please complete the “Damage Claims and Complaint Form for Shoes” and send it to Jeffrey van Rijswijk (Jeffrey.vanrijswijk@xcelsior.nl).

At Xcelsior, we go the extra mile to assist you in selecting the right shoes. All our staff are trained to perform a thorough analysis using pressure mats and video analysis to assess your leg alignment and foot motion.

Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit between your feet and our shoes. If you seek our advice and undergo a walking analysis but purchase your shoes elsewhere, a fee of €25 may apply.
